Costs Provides you with detailed financial data for your leases, buildings, properties, or accounts, documented based on accepted accounting practices.
Chargeback & Invoicing Enables financial staff to automatically generate chargeback that rolls up and/or proportionately distributes your costs, to bill for those costs that are receivables, and then manage the payments received from these bills
US Federal Property Registry Provides a centralized solution for tracking and managing data for a portfolio of buildings, structures, and land. It conforms to the 24-data element model defined by the United States GSA Office of Governmentwide Policy.
Forecasting Enables you to build a top-down view of your space that is a forecasting model used to compare your portfolio resources to your business needs at different points in time.
Advanced Forecasting Provides the more robust functionality and a more sophisticated stack plan tool
Strategic Financial Analysis Provides a unified view of your real estate, infrastructure and facilities assets, all capital and expense costs they incur, and all the organization missions they support. Captures the total costs of ownership and operations.
Archibus Enhanced Global Feature Set Is a set of enhancements to the Real Property applications that address the needs of multinational deployments. The core features include user-locale based currency, currency conversion, and a display of areas in user-default unit of measure (square feet or square meters), automated VAT Cost calculation and VAT Percent value allocation to cost transactions

Capital Projects

Condition Assessment Establishes an assessment program to establish the condition of existing facilities and the cost of remediation work or maintenance work needed to keep them functioning at a level that can support the business mission. This process identifies areas that need to be improved and will require capital projects to do so.
Capital Budgeting Flows capital projects through the request, prioritize, estimate, scenario evaluation, approve, allocate, and budget phases.
Projects Focuses on the details of planning and executing the individual capital projects (which can be defined with the Capital Budgeting application).
Commissioning Enhances the delivery of a construction or renovation project by providing tools for verifying and documenting that the facility and all of its systems and assemblies are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet pre-established standards

Space Inventory

Develop your space inventory by representing floor plans in CAD and connecting area boundaries to database records.

Optionally, record changes to room assignments (such as changes to employee assignment, department assignment, type, and category) as a series of Workspace Transaction records. This inventory method is not available with Archibus SaaS.
Space Chargeback

Internally bill departments for the space that they occupy as well as their share of the floor’s or building’s common space.
Occupancy Once you develop a space inventory, manage how it is occupied. Enter your employees and teams and produce occupancy plans, employee headcounts, and inventories of employees by site and building. Determine employee-to-seat ratios and occupancy rates.
Moves Plan and manage “box moves," in which office contents are packed into boxes and moved to another office.
Space Planning Develop space requirements, work with stack plans to experiment with different allocations of space, and compare the different scenarios.

Assets

Assets Manage the entire asset lifecycle from initial receipt to O&M to disposal. Assets include equipment, furniture, telecom equipment, properties, and buildings
Enterprise Assets Contains all of the features of Assets (above) but also includes features to manage assets during the planning and strategic planning phases, and addresses the concerns of finance and department managers.
Telecom Assets This is designed for users upgrading from Windows Client/Server Telecommunications & Cabling Management who want the predominantly equivalent functionality in the Web Central environment, but who do not need the additional features available with Assets and Enterprise Assets.
