Archibus SaaS / System
SaaS Administrator
The SaaS Administrator performs basic administrative tasks to ensure that Archibus correctly runs for their company's needs.
The SaaS Administrator has the 4 - CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role.
Note: The Archibus Foundations Manager (sample user AFM-FDN) also performs some administration tasks. See Archibus Foundations System Administration.
A SaaS Partner Administrator (sample user AFM-BP) performs advanced tasks. See SaaS Partner Administrator.

Note that making home pages available to new roles is a task of the SaaS Partner Administrator (sample user AFM-BP), who has access to the Assign Processes to Roles or Users task.
Application Configuration
- Configure Application Options
- Configure Application Parameters for Mobile
- Edit Shortcuts
- Edit SVG Publishing Rules
CAD and BIM Manager
See CAD and BIM Manager.
Mobile Apps Manager
Note that the mobile-related tasks are not required for a SaaS Administrator at a site with only Archibus Foundations, as Foundations does not include mobile apps.
See Mobile Apps Manager.
