SaaS Partner Administrator

A SaaS Partner Administrator (sample user AFM-BP) is an Archibus business partner who works with a client to customize Archibus to meet their specific needs.

The SaaS Partner Administrator can perform all the tasks of the SaaS Administrator (sample user AFM-CLI), plus additional tasks. For information on the SaaS Administrator, see Archibus SaaS Administrator.

Note: If you require additional tasks that are not available from the below Navigator when you sign in as a SaaS Partner Administrator, you might need the tasks of the System Administrator role (sample user ADMIN).

To access tasks for configuring and administering Archibus SaaS

1. Sign in as a user who is a SaaS Partner Administrator; in the sample data, this is user AFM-BP.
2. On the Applications menu, select System.
3. The application offers several processes that have tasks useful for business partners configuring Archibus for clients.
   • Archibus Administrator - User and Security
   • Archibus Administrator - Application Configuration
   • SaaS Partner Administrator
   • CAD and BIM Manager
   • Mobile Apps Manager
   • Localization Manager
