The Archibus Sustainability & Risk domain encompasses business applications that work proactively to forecast and minimize risks to the organization: its staff, its productivity, or its competitive viability.

Product Description

Emergency Preparedness

Develop egress plans and emergency contact data so that when emergencies occur, both internal employees and first responders can access vital information when responding, update the status of employees and facilities, and prepare to continue operations once the situation is contained.

Compliance

For both regulatory requirements and internal initiatives, organize your compliance information by regulation, program, and requirement. Inspect your facility to be sure that it meets the various regulatory requirements.

Sustainability Assessment

Document and diagnose the “green” state of your facility. Once you identify problems, plan how to resolve them using the prioritizing and cost estimating tools, and then manage their resolution.

Health & Safety

Manage the components of your company's safety program (training programs, PPE, and medical monitoring) and track workplace accidents that occur.

Hazard Abatement

Manage the process of locating, identifying, and abating hazardous substances (such as asbestos, mold, and radon) found on site.

Hazardous Materials (Data Safety Sheets - SDS)

Document the locations in your facility where hazardous products are stored and associate the products' corresponding SDSs (safety data sheets) with the locations housing these products.

Waste

Categorize your hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and manage all processes of the waste cycle (generation, accumulation, storage, and disposition).

    		• Manage your energy costs by entering and approving bills, importing meter data, and reviewing cost and consumption metrics. You can also generate forecasts and what-if scenarios.

    Green Building

    		Determining a building's carbon footprint, and score the environmental impact of a building based on LEED, BREEAM, or other environmental sustainability certifications.

    Compliance Surveys Compliance Provide this mobile app to field inspectors who inspect that conditions on site meet regulations. For example, for a compliance requirement in a healthcare setting, field inspectors might do an Environment of Care inspection.
    Incidents Reporting Health & Safety Provide this mobile app to safety officers who are on the accident site and collect information about a workplace incident or mishap.
    Hazardous Materials Hazardous Materials Access key information about their site's hazardous materials. View the material locations on a floor plan drawing and access key safety-related information for each material, as well as key information from the item's SDS.

    		 Field assessors note the “green” state of your equipment and locations. For example: Is this promoting good air quality? Is this conserving energy? Is this conserving natural resources? Does this meet government environmental regulations? Are waste products being disposed of properly?
