Getting Started: Tracking and Managing Compliance Locations

The Compliance application gives you the option of associating specific facilities or geographic locations with regulations, compliance programs, requirements, contracts, or contract terms. Doing so enables you to evaluate compliance by location, and to assess the risk of noncompliance at specific locations by generating reports that group your data by location. You can also select to generate separate events for each location associated with a requirement.

Operational Reports    

Compliance by Location

Enables you to track your compliance efforts by location. Provides comprehensive information by location, such as the Compliance Level for programs and requirements, the scheduled and actual dates for events, and the cost of any violations incurred. This enables you to assess compliance issues at the specific locations where these issues are occurring. Operational Reports: Overview

Compliance by Location Drill-Down

Having summary information for your compliance regulations, programs, or events by location enables you to evaluate the distribution of your compliance efforts across your locations. Operational Reports: Overview

Management Reports    

Compliance Program Count by Compliance Level and Location

Enables you to easily evaluate program counts by compliance level and location. For example, you can identify which locations have the most programs with low compliance levels.

Compliance Program Count Reports

Compliance Program Count by Regulation and Location

Enables you to easily evaluate program counts by location and regulation. For example, you can identify which locations have the most programs for each regulation, or which regulations have the most programs for each location.

Compliance Regulation Count by Location and Regulation Rank

Enables you to evaluate the number of regulations by location and regulation priority (regulation rank). For example, you can evaluate how many high priority regulations you have at each location. Compliance Regulation Count Reports

Compliance Requirement Count by Compliance Level and Location

Enables you to evaluate requirement counts by compliance level and location.

For example, you can identify the locations that have the most requirements with a low compliance level.

Work Status Reports    

Programs with Overdue PM Schedules

Enables you to see overdue preventive maintenance work that is linked to your Compliance requirements, and overdue on demand work that is linked to your events.
