Compliance Program Count by... Reports
You can generate Compliance Program Count by... reports that include charts and cross-tables that show program counts by two parameters. The Compliance Program Counts by Compliance Level and Priority and Compliance Program Counts by Compliance Level and Regulation also include a scoreboard to help you evaluate the programs compliance level.
The reports include comprehensive filters that enable you to restrict data using a variety of criteria. For example, you can use the Location field to show only certain locations, such as geo-regions, countries, or states. In some cases, this might generate a report that includes a more manageable number of programs to evaluate.
These reports include bar chart that are color coded into segments. The legend for the highlighting is included at the bottom of the chart. When you mouse over a segment, you can see a summary of its details. The charts enable you to drill-down to see details for the records contributing to the totals; by clicking on a bar, you can see the records for that segment of the bar.

Compliance Programs by Priority
This report show program count by program compliance level and priority.The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding for program priority. The color coding enables you to easily identify areas of concern, such as high priority programs that have particularly low compliance.
This report includes the following tabs:
- Priority by Compliance Level Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing the compliance level for the program by program count. The program count bar is broken into color-coded segments to show the program priority. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding. The color coding enables you to evaluate how many high priority programs have a low compliance level.
- Compliance Level by Priority Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing program priority by program count. The program count bar is broken into color-coded segments showing the compliance level. The color coding enables you to evaluate how many programs with a low compliance level also have a high priority.
- Scoreboard: Shows the program and requirements counts color-coded by compliance level and program priority. The programs in the upper portion of the chart have the lowest compliance levels. The bottom of the chart shows the programs that have the highest compliance levels.
Compliance Programs by Regulation Rank
This report shows program count by program compliance level and regulation rank. The legend at the bottom of the chart explains the color coding for regulation rank. The color coding enables you to easily identify areas of concern, such as high priority regulations with low compliance levels.
- Regulation Rank by Compliance Level Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart that shows program compliance level by program count. Program count is broken down into color-coded segments for regulation rank.
- Compliance Level by Regulation Rank. Presents a horizontal bar chart that shows regulation rank by program count. Program count is broken into color-coded segments showing the program compliance level.
- Scoreboard. Shows the program and requirements counts color-coded by program compliance level and regulation rank. The programs in the upper portion of the chart have the lowest compliance levels. The bottom of the chart shows the programs that have the highest compliance levels.

- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing compliance program counts for each of your regulations. The program count bar is color-coded into segments showing the program compliance level for that section of the count.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing program and requirement count by regulation and compliance level.
Compliance Programs by Location
This report shows program count by program compliance level and location. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding for compliance level. The color coding enables you to easily identify locations that have low compliance levels and the number of programs involved.
The report includes a Group By selection that enables you to select the type of location by which to group the data. For example, you could select a Country in the Filter console and then select State for the Group By field to see the program counts broken down for each of the states in the selected country for which you have compliance programs.
This report includes the following tabs:
- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing compliance program counts for each of your locations. By default, the chart groups by Site, but you are able to select to group by other levels (such as country or building) by selecting from the Group By list. This enables you to select a Location field from the Filter console and then to group that location by the Group by field. For example, select a country from the Filter, and then select States to see the compliance level by all the states in the selected country. The program count bar is color-coded into segments showing the program compliance level for that section of the count.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing program count by location and compliance level. Use the Group By list to select the type of location you want to group by.
Compliance Programs by Regulation by Location
This report show program counts by regulation and location. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding by regulation. The color coding enables you to easily evaluate program counts by location and regulation.
The report includes a Group By selection that enables you to select the type of location by which to group the data. For example, you could select Country to see all your compliance programs grouped by country.
