Requirement Count by... Reports
You can generate Requirement Count by... reports that include charts and cross-tables that show requirement counts by two parameters. The Requirement Count by Compliance Level and Priority report also includes a scoreboard to help you evaluate the requirement counts.
The reports include comprehensive filters that enable you to restrict data using a variety of criteria. For example, you can use the Location field to show only certain locations, such as geo-regions, countries or states. Or, you can filter the report to show only certain regulation or program categories and types, or only certain compliance levels. In some cases, filtering might be important so that the report includes a manageable number of requirements to evaluate.
These reports include bar charts that are color coded into segments. The legend for the highlighting is included at the bottom of the chart. When you mouse over a segment, you can see a summary of its details. The charts enable you to drill-down by clicking on a segment of a bar to see details for the records contributing to the totals for that segment.
These reports present both compliance program-related and contract-related data. See Reviewing Contracts and Compliance Programs Together.
Compliance Level and Priority
This report shows the requirement count by requirement compliance level and priority. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding for requirement priority. The color coding enables you to easily identify areas of concern, such as high priority requirements that have a particularly low compliance level.
This report includes the following tabs:
- Priority by Compliance Level Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing the compliance level for the requirement by requirement count. The requirement count bar is broken into color-coded segments to show the priority. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding. The color coding enables you to evaluate the number of requirements by their priority and compliance level; for example, you can identify how many high priority requirements have a low compliance level.
- Compliance Level by Priority Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing requirement priority by requirement count. The requirement count bar is broken into color-coded segments showing the compliance level. The color coding enables you to evaluate the number of requirements having a particular priority and compliance level; for example, you can identify how many low compliance requirements have a high priority.
- Scoreboard: Shows the requirements counts color-coded by compliance level and requirement priority. The requirements in the upper portion of the chart have the lowest compliance level. The bottom of the chart shows the requirements that have the highest compliance level.
Compliance Level and Requirement Type
This report shows the requirement count by requirement compliance level and requirement type. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color coding for compliance level. The color coding enables you to easily evaluate the number of requirements for each requirement type that have low or high compliance levels. You can filter the report to restrict the data shown. For example, you can restrict the report to show requirements for only certain regulations or programs, or for certain program or requirement types.
The report includes the following tabs:
- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing requirement counts by requirement types. The bars are color coded to show the compliance level for that segment of the bar. This enables you to quickly evaluate which requirement types have the greatest number of requirements having low compliance levels.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing the requirements counts for each requirement type broken down by requirement compliance level.
Compliance Level and Program
This reports shows compliance requirement counts by their programs and compliance levels. You can use the report to evaluate which programs have the most requirements with a certain compliance level.
The report includes the following tabs:
- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing the requirement counts by compliance program. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color-coding for the requirement compliance level. The color coding enables you to quickly evaluate how many requirements for a particular program have a certain compliance level. For example, you can target the programs with the most low compliance requirements and drill down to see the requirements, events, and locations contributing to the total.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing the requirements counts for each program broken down by requirement compliance level.
Compliance Level and Regulation
This report shows the requirement count by their regulation and compliance levels. You can use the report to evaluate which regulations have the most requirements with a certain compliance level, especially those that have a low compliance level.
The report includes the following tabs:
- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing the requirement counts by regulation. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color-coding for compliance level. The color coding enables you to quickly evaluate how many requirements for a particular regulation have a certain compliance level. For example, you can target the regulations with the most low compliance requirements and drill down to see the requirements, events, and locations contributing to the total.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing the requirements counts for each regulation broken down by requirement compliance level.
Compliance Level and Location
This report shows the requirement count by their location and compliance levels. You can use the report to evaluate which locations have the most requirements with a certain compliance level; for example, you can identify the locations that have the most requirements with a low compliance level.
The report includes the following tabs:
- Chart: Presents a horizontal bar chart showing the requirement counts by location. The legend at the bottom of the chart describes the color-coding for compliance level. The color coding enables you to quickly evaluate how many requirements for a particular location have a certain compliance level. For example, you can target the locations with the most low compliance requirements and drill down to see the requirements, events, and locations contributing to the total.
- Cross-Table: Presents a table showing the requirements counts for each location broken down by requirement compliance level.
