compliance level
Your site-defined terminology for the degree of compliance a program, contract, requirement, or contract term has achieved. For example, you could define levels of Non-compliant, Partial-Low, Partial-Medium, Partial-High, Full, or Certified. In some geographic areas, there may be officially prescribed terms that must be used for certain regulations. You can generate reports filtered by the compliance level to target programs that put you at the greatest risk of noncompliance.
Your Business Process Owner defines compliance levels using the Background Data- Compliance / Define Compliance Levels task. You can associate compliance levels with compliance programs, requirements, contracts, contract terms, and locations.
It is good practice to update the Compliance Level field of program requirements and contract terms after performing inspections or reviewing your work status.
Compliance level can be set for a compliance program, contract, program requirements, or contract term.
