Craftspersons Adding Another Craftsperson to the Job
As a craftsperson, when you are working on a job, you might realize that an additional craftsperson should be added because that craftsperson possesses a required skill set, or because that craftsperson is available to do the work.
To have the ability to assign another craftsperson to one of your assigned work requests, the Is Planner? field (cf.is_planner) field in the Craftsperson record must be set to Yes.
Working from the Maintenance Console
If you have the ability to add craftspersons, the Work Request form's Craftsperson Assignments panel will include the Assign button. See Update Work Requests with Details from the Job
Working from the Maintenance mobile app
As a craftsperson, you can add other craftspersons to a work request.
The sync process will check the Is Planner? (cf.is_planner) field to determine which craftspersons have the ability to add other craftspersons to a work request in the Add Craftsperson form. If the Is Planner? field for the craftsperson is set to Yes, the craftsperson can schedule any jobs assigned to the work team . See Update Work Requests with Details from the Job
