Leases by... Reports
In addition to the Lease Abstract and Rent Roll reports, you can view reports that group leases by key data, or that present key lease data, such as landlord and tenant responsibilities or leasehold improvements for the lease. These reports enable you to review the data you entered for leases using any of the Portfolio Edit tasks.
You can generate any of these reports as a paginated report using the Report button.

Tenant and Landlord Responsibilities |
Enables you to review who is responsible for various aspects of facility management, such as maintenance, utilities, and taxes. The report includes lease details, the responsible party (landlord or tenant), the responsibility type and description. This report is based on the clauses you add to lease agreements when entering lease data. See Entering Clauses. After entering clauses that detail these responsibilities, you can review the Tenant and Landlord Responsibilities report. |
Leasehold Improvements |
Use this report to examine your leasehold improvement costs for a lease. A leasehold improvement is an item that is added to the property that increases its value. Cabinets, light fixtures, and window treatments are examples. With the Real Property domain, you classify costs as being leasehold improvements by assigning them a cost category of LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENT. Per the particular details of their lease agreements, property owners often charge tenants for expenses they incur, such as leasehold improvements. This report is not available in the Leases SaaS module. |
