How to Add a Table to the Data Dictionary

Note: You can also access the Archibus Tables table from Web Central's System / Add-in Manager / Edit Data Dictionary task.

  1. In Smart Client, select System / Add-in Manager / Edit Data Dictionary to access the Archibus Tables table.
  2. Click in the top row to create a new blank record.
  3. Identify your new table by completing the Table Name field.
  4. Define the properties of your table by entering the appropriate values for the fields defining this table's attributes. For information on setting the specific properties of your new table, see Archibus Tables table (reference).
  5. Save your record.
  6. Run the Schema Change Wizard. For details, see General Procedure for Changing the Structure of the Database.
