Overview: Review Material Inventory

Once you enter your SDS information and associate your products with building locations, you will find that you have a wealth of information for managing and analyzing hazardous products at your site. To access this analytical and summary data, use the following tasks of the Review Material Inventory process:

• Retrieve Safety Data Sheet (SDS) - Retrieve individual SDSs and view detailed information.
• Print SDS - Batch print single or groups of manufacturer-supplied SDSs.
• SDS and Material Details by Location - Retrieve a SDS for a particular location.
• Chemical Constituent Inventory - Retrieve constituent chemical quantity data
• Material Inventory - Retrieve product quantity data
• Chemical Constituents by Material Retrieve constituent chemical data for a specific product.
• SDS Details by Provider - List SDSs for a particular provider.
• Chemical Constituent Locations - List SDS constituents for a location.
• Material Locations List - List all locations associated with an SDS.
• Material Locations Highlight - Displays SDS data on a floor plan, highlighting rooms with SDSs
• SDS Geographic Drill-Down. - Beginning with a world map, drill down to a geographic area and get details down to the room level.
