SDS Details by Provider

The SDS Details by Provider view is used to find SDSs associated with a particular company. The console can filter on the following:

• Company Name (this is a composite search of Manufacturer, Distributor, and Preparer)
• Country Code -- the country in the company's address
• Comments

The Show button displays companies matching the selection criteria in the grid below the console. When you click on a company, All of the SDSs that have that company name as the Manufacturer, Distributor, or Preparer will be listed in the SDS tab below the companies.

You can view the SDS document directly by clicking the View Document button for the SDS. To view the SDS details, click one of the listed SDSs and the five information tabs for that SDS will be activated (Identification, Document, Hazard Classification, Constituents, Physical Properties). The topic Define Materials and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) has a detailed account of all of the data fields contained on each of the tabs.

To switch to a different SDS, select the SDS tab and click on another SDS.
