SaaS Administrator
The SaaS Administrator (sample user AFM-CLI) performs basic administrative tasks to ensure that Archibus correctly runs for their company's needs.
The SaaS Administrator has the 4 - CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) role.
Note: The Archibus Foundations Manager (sample user AFM-FDN) also performs some administration tasks. See Archibus Foundations System Administration.
A SaaS Partner Administrator (sample user AFM-BP) performs advanced tasks. See SaaS Partner Administrator.
To access tasks for configuring and administering Archibus SaaS
- On Archibus SaaS, sign in as a user who is a SaaS Administrator; in the sample data, this is user AFM-CLI.
- Select System.
The following tasks are available:
Monitoring
- View Program Information and License Usage
- Usage Analytics Opt-in Preference
- View Users Logged into Archibus
- Track Mobile Device Registration (System Management Help)
- View Notification Log
User Management
- Define Users -- except users assigned to the 4 - PARTNER ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) and SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (ACP) roles.

Metrics and Reports
Home Pages and Metrics
Developing new home pages or personalizing the existing home pages is a common task for SaaS Administrators. SaaS Administrators can access the Home Page Editor from the Manage Home Pages and Process task, and then publish any changes that they make.
Note that making home pages available to new roles is a task of the SaaS Partner Administrator (sample user AFM-BP), who has access to the Assign Processes to Roles or Users task.
