Sample Users

The sample HQ database contains the following sample users. You can experiment with Archibus by signing in as these users. For information on working with these sample users in non-English locales, see Set a Sample Archibus Foundations or SaaS User to a Non-English Locale.

If you wish to sign in as these sample users, you can obtain the user passwords from Customer Support.

Select the "Sign in as Guest" option on the Archibus sign-in page.

Note: By default, the GUEST account is enabled. Clients who want to ensure that visitors cannot access the system can disable the Guest account by having their SaaS Partner Administrator delete the GUEST records in the Archibus Users (afm_users) table.
