Notification templates that are used for all events generated from requirements for compliance programs. Your Business Process Owner defines universal notification templates, if needed for your deployment. An event can have multiple universal templates assigned to it to handle the various situations that can occur. An event can also have other templates assigned to it in addition to the universal template. These templates are assigned at the discretion of the Compliance Program Manager.
