The Compliance application uses notification templates to automatically send email to selected stakeholders when critical dates or statuses occur for requirement events. Notification templates include the subject and body message, recipients, and the triggering conditions used to determine when the notification is sent. Events often have multiple templates associated with them to alert users when various conditions occur. Compliance Program Managers can define notification templates and can associate them with compliance programs, requirements, or events. These templates are then associated with all generated events for the program or requirement.
The Business Process Owner can define notification templates that are universally applied to all events. An event can have other templates applied in addition to these universal templates.
