Work Status Reports
The Work Status Reports enable you to get current information on the on demand and preventive maintenance work that is linked to your compliance requirements, contract terms, and events.
All reports in the Work Status Reports process present both -related and -related data. See Working with Contracts and Compliance Programs Together. Also see Reviewing Work History.
After you review your work status, it is good practice to update the Compliance Level field of program requirements and contract terms. To do so, review existing work performed, work pending or missed, and then decide the for the compliance requirements and contract terms. You can update the Compliance Level using the Compliance Program Manage / Compliance Drill-down or Contract Manager / Contract drill-down tasks.
Note: For the items with Active Work and Programs with Overdue Work reports, if you've assigned the same procedure to multiple requirements, then when you click a bar on the chart, the popup grid may contain a higher record count than indicated on the chart. This is because the chart summarizes by unique work requests, whereas the grid displays a work request multiple times, once for each requirement it is associated with.
