Archibus Foundations
In Archibus SaaS, Archibus Foundations offers a set of tools for automating essential lifecycle management tasks in a hosted, off-the-shelf package.
Archibus Foundations is an all-in-one, entry-level package for managing space and maintenance requests and is ideal for:
- organizations with less than ~ 250,000 SF or 25,000 SM
- organizations with less than ~ 1,000 employees
- organizations know they need something better than Excel, Email or maybe a Sharepoint Server to manage their facilities
From mobile devices or kiosks, self-service employees and building guests can look up key facility information and request space and moves; Foundations managers then use forms, consoles, and reports to manage these requests and maintain basic space and employee data.
Archibus Foundations includes these major components:

Using a self-service interface that requires no Archibus training, reserve conference rooms and workspaces, report maintenance problems, request moves, and search and locate rooms and employees. In order to access the move request, meeting space request, and working space request features, your site must have licenses for the Space SaaS module and Reservations SaaS module. Workplace can be accessed from a smart phone or a walk-up kiosk. It is also available as a mobile app. |
