Create Service Catalog

If you are using Workplace with Service Desk, Reservations, or Hoteling, you will want to use the Workplace Services / Service Desk / Service Desk Manager / Create Service Catalog task to define request types.

Compared to the Workplace Services / Service Desk / Service Desk Manager / Manage Request Types task, the Create Service Catalog task contains additional fields that are used in Workplace, but are not used when working with the Service Desk application without Workplace integration. This includes:

Note: Specifying questionnaires is only available in the "Manage Request Types" view. This feature is not yet supported in Workplace, and therefore is not included in the "Create Service Catalog" view.
