Service Desk Analysis Reports

With the service desk analysis reports, the Service Contract Manager can review the following reports, showing in different tab pages:

• Service Provider Performance

Note: This is the same report as the one shown to the Service Provider, but without restrictions. The Service Provider is receives only their own performance data, while the Service Contract Manager gets an overall report on all Service Providers. The Service Contract Manager can filter the data shown by Site, Year, or Service Provider name.
