Communicate with the Requestor
Will moves on to the next work request, also in building SRL. When he enters this room, he discovers that the room is not as hot as the requestor stated in the description. To better understand the issue, he calls the requestor directly from the OnSite app.
After communicating with the requestor, Will adds the comment, "The requestor stated that the room got hot randomly on different times of day. It sounds like the HVAC is not working consistently.” Rather than type this comment, he takes advantage of voice input, which is more efficient for him than typing the comment. The comment is added to the activity feed.
