Structures are a type of property that are any constructed improvement to a site. Storage tanks and silos, billboards, communication systems, such as data cables and radio towers, and airfield runways are examples of structures. Structures are assigned a Property Code in Archibus to uniquely identify them.

Using the Portfolio and Leases applications, you can enter data for buildings, structures, and land. Having your data grouped by these portfolio items enables you to perform relevant data analysis and get a complete operating picture of your entire portfolio .
