land

Land is a type of property that is a contiguous area of ground with defined boundaries. Land is assigned a Property Code in Archibus to uniquely identify it.

Land can be comprised of one or more parcels which might or might not hold buildings.

Using the Portfolio and Leases applications, you can enter data for land, buildings, and structures. Having your data broken down by these portfolio items enables you to perform relevant data analysis and get a complete operating picture of your entire portfolio.
