maintenance activity log
Users of the Maintenance Console and the OnSite mobile app can access the maintenance activity log, which includes comments and documents craftspersons and supervisors add to the maintenance request, as well as all the status changes of the work request. Craftspersons and supervisors can use this log to add an unlimited number of photos, documents, and comments noting how they handled the issue at hand.
The maintenance activity log is stored in the helpdesk_step_logs
table.
Depending on their permissions, users can view, download, edit, delete, and check in revised versions of the documents. Users will find that working with documents in the maintenance activity log is similar to using the document management system.
