Entering Incident Medical Information
If the employee was injured in the workplace accident, it is vital to record all medical information. If you later need to file a report with a governing regulatory agency such as OSHA in the US, you will have all vital medical information at hand.
- Run the Track Incidents task and move to the Medical Information tab.
- Complete as many of the medical-related fields as possible. You may need to periodically return to this tab to update the information as the employee's medical condition changes.
- Emergency room treatment required? (Yes / No)
- Is hospitalized? (Yes / No)
- Date of Death
- Medical Facility Name
- Medical Facility Address
- To save your medical data, return to the Incident Details tab and choose Save.
