Edit a Telecom Asset

From the Telecom Console's left pane, you can edit database records for equipment, faceplates, jacks, patch panels, and ports.

Each tab lists the telecom assets and offers the Edit icon for each record.

For the appropriate record, click the Edit icon and the system presents an edit form with the values for that item. You can change the values as desired.

For the example below, click the Equipment tab, then click the Edit icon or the desired piece of equipment. The form for the selected equipment opens:
