Checking your Archibus Information

The Navigation Header at the top of Web Central lists your user name; in the below image, the user name is the sample AFM-MOD user from the sample HQ database.

Click the User Menu icon (shown below) to access a drop-down menu that lists user-specific information:

• your current project
• your user role
• your user profile. For details, see Changing your User Preferences and Password
• your long-running jobs. For details, see Running Jobs.

Archibus Version

Archibus is released quarterly, with version numbers such as V.2023.01, V.2023,02, V.2023.03, and V.2023.04 representing the quarterly releases during 2023.

To check the version of Archibus you are working with, run the System/ Archibus Administrator - User and Security / View Program Information and License Usage command, and consult the Build. As shown in the below image, this number represents the major release (2023), the quarter the software was released (02), and the actual build number that was released (01.105)

All customers need a new license with each major release (2022, 2023, 2024, and so on) each calendar year.
