Structures

Structures are a type of property and one of the portfolio items that you can track. As the portfolio manager, having access to clearly presented data that shows the structures in your portfolio, where these structures are located, and what costs are associated with them is critical to effective management. Having this information easily accessible enables you to analyze your trends, your current use, and to project future needs.

The Real Property / Portfolio / Structures process includes dashboard views and the Portfolio Edit Wizard task to simplify entering data for your structures. The data you can enter includes geographic location, area, and ownership or lease transaction information. You can view your data in a dashboard view that includes key performance indicator charts, a geospatially-enabled map view, and reports.

The Structures process includes the following task that provide information to help you manage your structures:

• Leases by Structure
• Selected Structures by Location
• Documents associated with structures, or with leases by structure
