Updating Labor Hours

As a craftsperson, you need to update the systems with the number of hours it took to complete an assigned job. Do so with the Craftsperson / Update Labor Hours task. Entering the hours required to complete a job is important for tracking the costs of the job.

Note: Craftspersons with the Maintenance Console can also update labor hours using the Console. See Maintenance Console / Update Work Requests with Details about the Job.

Choose this task, and you receive a list of work requests assigned to you. Find a request to update and click the Edit button, the bottom panel on the page will show you all details of the selected assignment.

On this panel you can update the labor hours with the actual hours you worked on the job. (This may differ than the hours for which you were scheduled.) Click the Save button on the panel header to submit your changes.
