Checklist Execution Order

The checklists can be executed in any order.

Or, you can specify a sequence in which they must be executed by defining a blocking checklist. The blocking checklist must be completed before the current checklist can be started.

When assigning the checklists to the SLA Issued status, you order them in the order you want craftspersons to execute them.

When is the checklist generated?

When the work request is issued

  • Non-blocked checklists will be created no matter how it is linked

  • Blocked checklists are not be created until the blocking checklist is completed.

When the work request is issued and the optional step is active, the first checklist becomes available.
