Service Desk Role Helper: Test the Role

When using the Service Desk Role Helper to define a role, you can use form's “Test” button to select an existing Service Request or Work Request record to test which employees would be returned for the role for that request at its current status.  You must save changes to the role before testing them. 

If you have already selected a particular request for testing, then you can also select to reuse that previously selected request.
