On November 21, 2021, employee Alison walked into her office in room 175 on the first floor of the SRL building and immediately noticed the room was extremely cold. She opened the Workplace app and reported the problem: “It is freezing in here!”. The work request was automatically issued and assigned to Will Technician.

Sharon, a maintenance manager, had previously set up Preventive Maintenance procedures for the HVAC system in building SRL. On Nov 1, 2021, the PM system automatically generated a quarterly PM work request for the HVAC system in the SRL building.
The corrective maintenance work from Alison, as well as the preventive maintenance work due earlier this month, are assigned to Will Technician.
