Request Moves

You can request employee moves, equipment moves, asset moves, or room moves. These moves can be:

• individual moves -- when you want to move an individual employee (and optionally their assigned furniture and equipment), equipment item, asset, or room.
• group moves -- when you want to move multiple employees, teams. assets, or rooms at the same time and consolidate them on as one move.

Note: Rather than provide general staff with the Archibus Workplace task as part of the Move Requestor process, your site might provide general staff with Workplace on a tablet, kiosk, or smart phone. This way, they can request moves without signing into Web Central.
