This is the building suite area that you own or rent, and then lease or sublease to tenants. The Real Property domain's Portfolio application aggregates your data for the area available to your organization (available area), area leased to tenants (leased out area), areas in the pipeline that will be available to your organization, and area in the pipeline that will be leased out.
