Workplace Services Domain

The Archibus Workplace Services domain focuses on providing an efficient workplace environment for their staff in which employees can book meeting space, working space, and request services that improve their working environment and facilitate day-to-day functions. Providing a pleasant, responsive workplace environment enhances the employee experience, leading to increased productivity and employee retention.

The following are available.

Product	Description
Reservations (Archibus Essentials SaaS Module)	Manage reservations for both meeting space and working space (hoteled seats).
Service Desk	Manage requests to the organization's Service Desk, such as requests for copying documents, arranging catering, making travel arrangements, resolving IT requests, and so forth.
Reservations	Manage meeting space reservations. Can optionally integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange.
Hoteling	Manage reservations for working spaces (hoteled seats).

Archibus Workplace (self-service portal)	Request workplace services and employee moves. Book meeting space and working space. This is available in all of the Workplace Services offerings.
Workplace Services Portal mobile app	An Archibus mobile app providing the same functionality found in the Archibus Workplace self-service portal.
