Reviewing Vendor Information

As you consider vendor bids, you may want to review vendor invoices and payments. You may also want to review a report on vendor performance.

Use the following tasks to review vendor information:

Reviewing Vendor Invoices and Payments

To review vendor invoices and payments:

  1. Select the Procure/Review Vendors Invoices and Payments task.

    Note: You can also access the Review Vendor Invoices and Payments task from the Projects / Procure / Management Console: Procure task. From the Management Console - Procure tab, you select the Vendor Summary and then the Vendor Payables History tabs.

    The Vendor Invoices and payments panel displays invoices and payments from all vendors,

  2. If needed, select geographical criteria in the Filter console, and click Show.

    The vendors meeting your restriction are displayed in the Vendors panel.

  3. Select a vendor.
    The vendor's invoices are displayed. In addition, any payments that you have sent to the vendor are displayed in the Total Payments column.
  4. To export the data for all invoices from the selected vendor:
    • Click DOC to generate a report.
    • Click XLS to export the data to Excel.
  5. To view details for the invoice and payments;
  1. Click View in the row for an invoice.

    The Invoice Details and Payments form appears.

  2. Review invoice details in the top panel and payment details in the bottom panel.
  3. To export the invoice payment details:
  • Click DOC to generate a report.
  • Click XLS to export the data to Excel.

Reviewing Vendor Performance

To review vendor performance:

  1. Select the Procure/Report Vendors Performance task.

    Note: You can also access the Review Vendor Performance task from the Management Console: Procure task. From the Management Console - Procure tab, you select the Vendor Summary tab and then the Vendor Performance tab.

  2. If needed, select geographical criteria in the Filter console, and click Show.
  3. The vendors meeting your restriction are displayed in the report.
  4. Review the vendor performance information, including the difference between the Amount Contract value and the Actual Cost value, and the number of action items that are over- or under-schedule.
  5. To review the contract, click the Show Document button next to the Document field.
  6. To export the vendor performance information:
  1. To view details for completed actions, click Details in the row for the vendor.

    Details for completed action items for the work package appear. These details include the Duration - Est. Design and the Actual Duration, and the Cost - Actual , as well as the Action Item Status.

  2. To export the action items details:
    • To generate a report , click DOC.
    • To export to Excel, click XLS.
