Requestor (Client process)

As a requestor of work, you have a few ways to report maintenance problems and request work.

You can report maintenance problems from:

• Maintenance Console, Report Problem button
• Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance / Client / Report Problem task
• Archibus SaaS / Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance / Report Problem task
• Workplace, self-service portal
• OnSite mobile app
• Maintenance mobile app

After you report a problem, you can:

• track its progress using the View Maintenance Service Requests task.
• Edit or Cancel Work Requests
• Update Rejected Work Requests
