Managing Real Property Inventory

Manage Real Property Inventory is a two-tabbed wizard that enables you to manage data for your real property assets. The wizard provides search capabilities, simplifies data entry, and enables you to track changes to data elements for your real property as data transactions.

The following describes the wizard's tabs:

Find and Manage tab enables you to:
- View and search for portfolio items using a variety of search criteria.
- Select a real property asset to manage it
- Export a list of properties matching search criteria you enter to Excel or PDF
- Add a new property
Property and Transactions tab enables you to:
- View property details for the portfolio item you select on the Find and Manage tab
- View a list of transactions for the property that are pending approval
- Approve or reject a transaction if you are the Business Process Owner and are assigned to the Government RPLM Inventory Process Owner security group.
- View more details for a selected transaction by selecting the Details button
- Add new transactions for existing properties to propose changes to the data.
