Waste Manifest Report

If your waste is classified as hazardous, or if its transportation is subject to regulations, you typically will need to track it with a manifest. As the waste is transferred from the generator, to the transporter, to the waste processing facility, it is accompanied by its manifest and different parties involved in the transfer and acceptance of the waste sign the hard-copy manifest to accept legal responsibility for the hazardous waste. You can use the Waste Manifest report to review details for waste manifests and to generate these details as a PDF so that they can be printed and included with the waste shipment.

You are able to search for manifests that match a certain criteria, such as manifests for a specific waste facility, and then to generate a single PDF that enables you to print these multiple manifests.

To generate the Waste Manifest report

  1. Enter filter criteria to restrict the view to specific manifests, manifests for a specific waste facility, or waste generator. Click Show to apply the filter, or leave the filter blank and click Show to show all manifests.
  2. In the Waste Manifests pane, review summary information for the manifests.
  3. You can now do the following:
    • To print manifests, in the Waste Manifests pane, select the check boxes for the manifests you want to print, and click Generate Selected Manifest(s) to generate a PDF. The job processes. If you selected multiple manifests, a separate PDF is shown for each manifest in the Partial Results section of the Paginated Report View dialog. Select a PDF from the list to save and print it.
    • To view details for a manifest, click the manifest record in the Waste Manifests pane. Details for that manifest are shown in the Waste Manifest Details pane. From this pane, you can click Generate Manifest to generate this single manifest as a PDF.
