A numerical value calculated by multiplying the Condition Value by Condition Priority of an assessment item. This value represents the hazardous condition of the area as it relates to business purposes and is presented in the Hazardous Material Scoreboard report.
Condition Value and Condition Priority can be completed by hazmat assessors in the field who examine specific areas. If samples were collected and tested, they may consider the test results when completing these fields.
Each predefined value and priority has an associated weighted multiplier that is used in the calculation. For example, if an assessor rates an area as having a Condition Priority of "Code Compliance" and a Condition Value of "Poor", the item will have a very high hazmat condition rating, since both of these values have high numeric multipliers. High numbers indicate a serious hazmat issue,
