In the Condition Assessment and Sustainability Assessment applications, a record describing either:

the condition of an equipment item or location. If the item needs repair, the record may describe the required action and cost to make this item acceptable.
how well an equipment item or location adheres to "green" practices for sustaining the environment. If the item needs repair to meet good environmental practices, the record may describe the required action and cost to make this item acceptable.

Assessment items are generated by the Assessment Manager. Once the records are generated, assessors in the field complete them to document the condition and sustainability of each room or equipment item. Estimators, analysts, and managers then complete additional fields to document how to resolve items that need attention.

Assessment items are stored in the Action Items table, which is used by other Archibus applications, such as Hazard Abatement.
