Management Reports
The following reports are available for obtaining an overview of the condition or environmental sustainability of your facility. The tasks are located in the Management Reports process.
Unacceptable Assessment Items by Priority
This report is handy for quickly seeing the items that you should immediately address: items that are in the Unacceptable category.
- Select your assessment project. If you wish, choose the Details button to display a pop-up with details about this project.
- If you wish, specify a restriction for the report.
- You can restrict the report to showing only items located in a particular site, building, or floor, or having a certain classification.
- To show all assessment items of this project, skip this step.
- To generate an on-screen summary report, choose Show. The system displays the total number of assessment items in this project that have an unsuitable condition rating and that meet other criteria that you specified. The summary shows the average facility condition index and the total estimated costs for addressing these items.
- Click on a cell in the report and the system displays a pop-up listing the details of the assessment items contributing to the values in this cell. At this point, you see the facility condition index and condition rating of the individual assessment items.
- At any time, you can display the assessment item details in a printed report by choosing Paginated Report and following the prompts.
- At any time, you can export the assessment details to a Microsoft Excel file by choosing the XLS button.
Building Conditions Summary/Building Sustainability Summary
These reports are handy for obtaining a summary of the overall condition or sustainability of your building. The reports sum the total estimated cost of addressing all assessment items, and also provide information on the average facility condition index and condition rating.
- Select your assessment project. If you wish, choose the Details button to display a pop-up with details about this project.
- If you wish, specify a restriction for the report.
- You can restrict the report to showing only items located in a particular site, building, or floor, or having a certain classification.
- To show all assessment items of this project, skip this step.
- To generate an on-screen summary report, choose Show. The system displays the total number of assessment items for each building, the average condition rating and facility condition index and the total estimated costs for addressing these items.
- Click on a cell in the report and the system displays a pop-up listing the details of the assessment items contributing to the values in this cell. At this point, you see the facility condition index and condition rating of the individual assessment items.
- At any time, you can display the assessment item details in a printed report by choosing Paginated Report and following the prompts.
- At any time, you can export the assessment details to a Microsoft Excel file by choosing the XLS button.
Costs and Ratings by Classification Levels 1, 2, 3 for Regions, Sites, and Buildings
Recall that classifications are categorized by levels, with 1 being the broad and 3 being narrow, such as a classification of "Electrical" (level 1) which is further classified to "Sound and Video" (level 2). This set of reports organizes your condition and sustainability assessment data by these classifications so that you can get a snapshot of your building at a broad or narrow level.
Choose the desired location report and then a project. The report displays a summary of the assessment items of this classification for the selected project. You can drill down on any cell for the details of the assessment items contributing to the summary. Use the Paginated Report button to present this data in a printable, formatted report.
Equipment Assessments by Classification Level 3
For a particular equipment item, use this report to see the condition and sustainability assessment items, listed according to the level 3 classification.
