Define Telecom Hierarchy Levels
You assign a telecom hierarchy level by completing the Hierarchy Level field of the inventory table, or the Std Hierarchy Level field of the item’s assigned standard. When the program requires an item’s level, it looks first at the inventory table and then at the standards table. You only need to assign a hierarchy level to an inventory record if the item’s hierarchy level differs from that of its assigned standard.
Note: This table is used with the Archibus Windows Client/Server telecom features and is included in Asset Portal for your convenience. Note that the Archibus Windows Client/Server product has been discontinued beginning with V.25.1.
