What's New in Archibus V.26.2?

Proof of Concept: IoT Space Utilization (UserVoice Idea)

Space planners would like to:

• report the actual space utilization of office workspaces so that they can recommend space consolidations or add to space as needed

• see a “heat map” of rooms by their utilization percentage so that they can see which spaces and space types are more heavily used. This will lead to opportunities to optimize space use.

By integrating Archibus with a sensor vendor API, we will be able to produce space utilization statistics, as well as report on environmental conditions.

Note: This is not included in V.26.2. It will be released in a “technology” patch shortly.
