REST API

Archibus V.25.1 includes a powerful set of REST APIs, which allow Archibus to talk directly to other systems in your ERP suite. With these REST interfaces, your system integrators can connect Archibus with other systems and external workflows seamlessly.

For instance, with the API for Service Desk business logic, you can flow requests from systems like ServiceNow directly to Archibus and its powerful SLA routing engine for completion, and flow completion status back to ServiceNow – all without any intermediate files, imports, or extra steps.

Other APIs provide structured access to domain-specific data, such as employee locations and the building list.

The datasource API gives you complete access to all data and results within the Archibus system, as well as the ability to update any data within Archibus. The datasource API obeys all Archibus security requirements – including VPA restrictions, as well as role-based review and edit controls. System integrators and Archibus business partners can extend the REST API to incorporate personalized logic of their own.
