Once self-service users request moves from Archibus Workplace, you will want to manage the moves. After the moves are executed, you can process them to update the employee locations in the database.

Note: The Workplace functions for requesting working spaces, conference rooms, and moves are available in Workplace only if your site has licenses for the Archibus Reservations module (working space and meeting space reservation features) or Archibus Space module (move request features). If your site does not have these modules, Archibus Workplace will not show the buttons and options for these tasks. Accordingly, reservation, booking, and move requests will not appear in Service Console.
