Requestor (Client process)
As a requestor of work, you have a few ways to report maintenance problems and request work.
You can report maintenance problems from:
- Maintenance Console, Report Problem button
- Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance / Client / Report Problem task
- Archibus SaaS / Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance / Report Problem task
- Workplace, self-service portal
- OnSite mobile app
- Maintenance mobile app
After you report a problem, you might perform these tasks:
- track work progress using the View Maintenance Service Requests task
- Edit or Cancel Work Requests
- Update Rejected Work Requests
- Complete a satisfaction survey for completed work (if one has been specified).
- Verify completed work (if the verification step is specified)
