Call Center
The Call Center role organizes the complete corrective work process into one role. This is useful for organizations that use the same set of people (such as a call center) to interface with the system and to perform tasks in all parts of the process. The Call Center role allows one person or one group to access tasks for all the different corrective work tasks, without having to navigate through the various roles on the Navigator.
The Call Center has one task: the Maintenance Console. The call center user can perform all tasks from the Maintenance Console.
