Third-Party Library. The react native file viewer library, which is used to view pictures and documents opens them using a native app on each system (iOS, Android). This library might cause an unexpected behavior that is not a part of OnSite functionality; for example, it might present an option to edit a photo or pdf. Since this is a third-party library, Eptura cannot control it or disable it. (DOC-2861)

Offline Support. Questionnaires. Suppose multiple craftspersons are assigned to a work request and they are both working offline. If they each create a follow-up work request from the questionnaire, when they sync only the work request for the technician who synced last will be created. This is because work requests created offline are auto-numbered during sync and therefore cannot be overwritten. (DOC-2860)
